Start a business of your own — right where you live.
Use the money you already have — not money you need to borrow. Start small. See how it works in practice before you invest more.
VIMO gives you the technology to run your own passenger transport service without building a platform from scratch.
What exactly do you get?
VIMO is not a ready-made taxi company and not employment.
It is a technology platform that lets you create your own passenger transport service in a territory you choose.
Everything you need is already built
Passenger and driver apps, server infrastructure, ordering, trip calculation and payment systems are already in place. You do not need to develop them from scratch.
You choose where to operate
You can start with one territory that you know well.
Give it your own name
VIMO remains the technological foundation, while your local service can operate under its own name.
This can be your own local service.
Launch a service in your territory under your own name.
Passengers and drivers see the name you choose, while VIMO remains the technology powering the service.
Your service. Your name. VIMO technology.
Where your income comes from
VIMO does not take a percentage of every ride.
The passenger pays the driver. The driver earns money for the work they do.
A driver working through your service in the territory assigned to the license owner pays a fixed subscription fee.
This subscription fee goes to the license owner.
Receives payment from passengers for completed work.
Receives subscription payments from drivers operating in the assigned territory.
VIMO sells technology licenses, not a percentage of every ride.
This is the economic essence of the license: the ability to collect subscription payments from drivers operating in the territory assigned to the license owner.
VIMO does not set the price of a ride.
VIMO does not determine how much a ride should cost.
The driver sets the price per kilometre, minute, waiting time and additional services independently, based on local market conditions and the requirements in force in their territory.
VIMO provides tools for setting tariffs and calculating ride costs, but does not dictate the price of the driver’s work.
Sets the price of their work based on local conditions.
Chooses the vehicle that suits them.
For calculating routes, tariffs and ride costs.
The passenger chooses the vehicle
After entering the route, VIMO calculates the trip and shows available vehicles that can complete the ride.
Each offer is linked to a specific vehicle and a specific driver.
The nearest vehicles appear higher in the list.
The price, vehicle, driver and rating are visible before you choose. The passenger decides which offer suits them.
VIMO shows the choice. The passenger makes the decision.
VIMO does not impose its own restrictions
VIMO does not impose its own requirements on the make, model, price or age of a vehicle.
The technology platform does not decide for a country, city or service owner which vehicles may operate.
If the legislation of a particular country or territory establishes requirements for vehicles, drivers, licenses, insurance or transport conditions, these requirements must be followed by the participants of the service.
VIMO does not replace government regulation
VIMO is not a national regulator, does not issue government licenses, does not determine the tax status of participants and does not guarantee automatic compliance with the requirements of a particular country.
Responsibility for compliance with local legislation, regulatory requirements, tax rules, licensing, insurance and other mandatory requirements lies with the respective participants in the activity.
We will not promise you an income
You can view the territory, its population, roads, settlements and other available data.
You will see the license price and the established subscription fee.
How many drivers will join, how many passengers will use the service and what the final result will be — no one knows in advance.
Do not take our word for it. Check for yourself.
Before buying a license, you can view the territory and the data used to form its offer.
See the population, roads, settlements, territory size and license price.
We show the source data. You make the decision.
You can start small
You do not have to build a large business right away.
You can start with one territory. Connect the first drivers. Get the first passengers. Understand the real economics.
Only then decide whether you want to move forward.
Support for your first launch
You do not have to start promoting a new service from scratch.
VIMO provides initial materials that you can use to introduce your service to drivers and passengers in your territory.
The app — one scan away
A QR code linking to your service apps can be placed on vehicles, flyers, business cards, posters and other materials.
Clear how the service works
Ready-to-use information about the driver app: joining the service, receiving orders, setting ride prices and working through your service.
Clear how to order a ride
Ready-to-use information about the passenger app: route, available vehicles, the price of a specific ride and choosing the right driver.
Ready to use
Initial texts and layouts for advertisements, publications, flyers and other ways to introduce the service to people in the territory.
Your name
The materials can use your service name so that drivers and passengers immediately see the brand under which the service operates in your territory.
Not instead of you
VIMO provides the technology and initial support. You decide where to place the materials, who to work with and how to develop your service in the territory.
You do not start from a blank page.
You have the technology, your own service name and materials you can use to introduce people to your service.
From there, you build your service in your own territory.
What if it works?
Then you have more than just a working set of applications.
You have your own local service, your own name, drivers, passengers and a territory where it operates.
From there, you decide how far you want to develop it.
You can consider the next available territory.
You can develop your own name and your own network.
You can decide for yourself where to go next.
VIMO does not tell you how to build your business.
We provide the tools you can use to build it yourself.
Try it first. Then decide.
You do not have to make a decision based only on the description of VIMO.
After applying for a license, you receive a fully functional trial period — up to 20 days free of charge.
During this time, you can launch the service, connect drivers, receive your first orders and see how the model works specifically in the territory you have chosen.
This is not a demonstration or a limited version. You can test the service in real conditions before making a final decision about continuing to use the license.
